In designing The Newbury Boston's new entrance and public spaces, internationally recognized interior architecture and design firm @jeffreybeersinternational sought to invoke the spirit of the building’s heritage by incorporating many historic details, including the original cobalt blue chandeliers from the Main Dining Room, into⁠ the meticulous redesign.⁠ ⁠ The hotel’s lobby and public space features a distinctive selection of artwork, bringing to life the hotel’s traditional place as a⁠ salon for the arts. Above the rosewood check-in desk, an elegant chandelier casts a warm, welcoming glow highlighting rich⁠ material elements throughout the space including the Nero Dorato marble floors.
