Happy Chuseok! #추석 Songpyeon #송편 are ricecakes that are usually stuffed w a sweet filling. I love experimenting with fun flavors, in the past I’ve done strawberries & cream, nutella, PB&J etc.. but this year I am in awe of this savory twist made by @chef_ilji (the songpyeon expert!) 🤤 Cacio e Pepe Songpyeon w fresh black pepper, pecorino, and ricotta.
