It’s crazy to think this bakery became an idea while we were driving in the French countryside looking at possible chateaus. Gautier stopped at a gas station and asked if I wanted a pain au chocolat. Traumatized by food at American gas stations (Wawa is an exception) I was skeptical but it was a really good pain au chocolat.
