Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini and Zhug... add this one to your holiday menu. It’s super easy, insanely delicious and looks impressive. Buttery and tender cauliflower drizzled with lemony, garlicky tahini, some fiery, green Yemenite hot sauce and topped with toasted almonds for some crunch. This is very much a copy of the famous roasted cauliflower from Miznon that I became obsessed with years ago. You can roast it in the oven but for the absolute best results, try throwing it on the @Traeger Grills for an irresistible wood-fired favour. It actually tastes even better when the cauliflower gets slightly charred and blackened, but it was getting dark outside so I decided to pull it a little early. It didn’t help that my food processor broke but that’s life .
