Thank you Dad for introducing me to Eddie Murphy’s Delirious as a kid. (I’m so old we LISTENED to it on a CASSETTE TAPE 😳) Watching him cry laughing at Eddie’s impression of Mr T getting his back cracked changed the course of my life. I saw my dad, my hero, who had always suffered with depression, immediately thrust into involuntary euphoria... simply by someone’s words. I fell in love with comedy that day. Comedy was magic, a super power, a momentary cure from your troubles. It was my dream to make him laugh like that. To this day there is no one I enjoy making laugh more. Fast forward a few decades... my latest special #INFAMOUS just passed 12 Million Views. (I think that makes it the most viewed YouTube special ever 😳) I hope some kid and his dad are watching it, laughing, forgetting about their problems, and the cycle continues. 💪
