a lifting video! no, I am not back to lifting-lifting. It’s been 10 weeks since nationals (but who’s counting) and this is my 3rd attempt at the Olympic lifts. I’ve been letting my injuries heal, but more importantly, taking a mental break. focusing a lot on PT movements and bodybuilding shit while i heal/ figure out what i want to do w this sport. not sure what the short/long-term plan is but I’m enjoying eating (that hasn’t changed), moving my body, living my life outside of the gym, and not stressing about training 😚🥰
