Doomsday. I have no idea what I was thinking when I wrote this part but it sounds like something @stewart_copeland might play. We wrote this song about 5-6 years ago now and this is the first time I’ve had the chance to record myself playing it and examine why it sounds like bins falling over. Doing this was great because I could clearly see, from the midi data, where I was lagging and where I was rushing. Having taken a look I could go back to the kit, record again and tighten things up - which isn’t always easy to do just by ear, especially with a part as fiddly as this.
