POV: it’s 6 pm in Italy 🍷 One of the most popular aperitivo drinks is the Aperol spritz, a bitter, orange-colored, rhubarb-based liqueur, mixed with prosecco and a shot of club soda. This isn’t the only spritz in town though! You can shake it up by asking for a spritz made with Campari (a bitter, red-colored, citrus-based liqueur), Cynar (a bitter, dark-colored, artichoke-based liqueur) or our favorite, a Hugo spritz.
