From the Collection: Recovered blue Nokia cell phone belonging to Puerto Rico native Ramon Suarez. Officer Suarez lived in Ridgewood, Queens, with his wife, Carmen, and had three children. He enjoyed running, going to the gym, and practicing karate. A member of NYPD Transit Bureau District 4, he was assigned to the Delancey Street subway station.
