Once done scoop them out into a bowl with 1/2 stick of butter and 1-2 Tbsp @firesmokesociety Potato Slayer * Cook your bacon * In a pot, Sauté onion, butter & garlic * Cook out flour * Slowly pour milk, half & half, and chicken stock while stirring * Once it thickens, stir in 1 Tbsp @fireandsmokesociety Potato Slayer, bacon and cheese * Turn on low and add potatoes & sour cream * Serve with bacon, cheese & chives
