Day 8 When I started my health journey, I didn’t realize the absurd amount of packaged processed snacks and meals I bought. When I started swapping out the packaged snacks/foods for fruit, cheese, left overs, etc, I saw my food bill drop by quite a bit each week. Those processed packaged snacks add up! That money I saved from not buying so many packaged snacks, then could be spent on “better” snacks when I did actually buy the packaged snacks. Maybe make 2023 the year you work on snacks in the home that are more nourishing and less expensive. What’s your favorite snack?
