A long-evolving vision for Fort Lauderdale Beach is coming into sharper focus as @camachodevelopmentgroup advances a larger, more ambitious plan for One on One Harbor Beach.
One on One Harbor Beach Inc., an affiliate of Camaco Development, has submitted revised plans to Fort Lauderdale’s Planning and Zoning Board for its ocean-adjacent condominium project at 3043 and 3049 Harbor Drive.
Now branded as One on One, or Harbor Drive Residences, the proposal calls for a 21-story tower with 36 luxury units—up from earlier, slimmer iterations—designed by New York–based @kora_architecture in collaboration with @adache_group_architects.
The updated plans feature expansive two- through five-bedroom residences, including penthouses nearing 9,000 square feet, alongside a full floor of amenities such as a fitness center, pool and spa, private pool bar, wellness spaces, and social lounges. Revisions also include a reduced parking count, a redesigned podium with modern screening, and improved streetscape conditions with new sidewalks and landscaping.
Originally scheduled for review in December 2025, the project is now expected to return to the Planning and Zoning Board in January 2026, with a targeted completion timeline of 2028.
