TRADER JOE'S CREAMY SPINACH ARTICHOKE PASTA: Combining my love of spinach artichoke dip with pasta for a @traderjoes meal that's on the table in 10 minutes. INGREDIENTS: 16 oz Pasta of your choice 12 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts 16 oz Frozen Organic Spinach 6 oz Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese Spread 1 Package (6) Babybel Cheese's Green Goddess Seasoning, to taste DIRECTIONS: While the pasta is cooking...add the marinated artichokes and frozen spinach to a large skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the Boursin cheese spread and all 6 of the Babybel cheese rounds and mix well. It should be fully melted in about 3-4 minutes. Season with Green Goddess Seasoning to taste.
