The Last Bath...so much to relay and too deep to explain it all. We walked the path of our enslaved ancestors to their last bath while in captivity before they were loaded on the ship to the New World. Two rivers met. They were hastily cleansed in shackles in the still water but in our lifetime we stood in the clear, fresh running river and had the chance to be blessed by the local chief , adorned with herbs of protection, share our gratitude through prayer for all our ancestors who survived the horrific journey to make our lives possible.
