Let's make some Chocolate #LavaCakes 🤤 There's nothing better than a mini dessert fresh out the oven. Top with powdered sugar and vanilla ice cream. DELICIOUS! 🍦 Ingredients: 1 Cup Chocolate Chips 3 Eggs room temp 1/2 Cup Butter 2 Tbs Cocoa Powder 1 Tsp Vanilla 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar 1/4 Cup Flour Instructions: 1. Dust each of your two ramekins with cocoa powder. Set aside. 2. On the stove top, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Mix until melted and combined. 3. Take the mixture off the stove top and add 3 eggs, vanilla, powdered sugar, and flour. 4. Mix this all together and place half of the mix in the ramekin. I like to fill it half way in case it over flows. 5. Cook for 16 minutes. Once the lava cakes are cool, flip over on a plate. 5. Top with powdered sugar and enjoy with some vanilla ice cream.
