I was always taught to “never wonder, care or be curious about who’s doing what, to the right or left of you - stay focused on what’s directly in front of you and, ignore what people think of you but do the work & shine as if they’re watching you...because they are”. I’m still not sure who spotlighted Nikki&Mallory alongside of some incredible makers (my girl @nicolemcrowder being one of them) but I’m so grateful for every mention this business receives. It’s really a bi-product of keeping your eyes on your own prize & staying the course. I’ve never wanted to blend in, be “apart of...”, or do what the next person was doing and I’m glad I stayed true to my lane. 🥂Cheers to this feature for reminding me to continue in that direction.
