We know the beauty and the awe of the mountains. We know the power that they hold to facilitate adventures that become life changing experiences. We exist to help others have these adventures and experiences in the mountains. But we also know the loss that can occur in the mountains. We are incredibly saddened by the news from Manaslu of @hilareenelson passing. Hilaree was a friend and an inspiration to all of us at Alpenglow. She was a trailblazer, a leader, and a roll model for women in the mountains. Hilaree was fierce in her passion for adventure, her love for her boys, and her love for @jimwmorrison . We’re grateful for the many adventures we shared.
