What did I miss? 🤔⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Some points of clarity:⁣ ⁣ The protein recommendation is based on the optimal minimum amount to reach each day based on lean body mass and assuming one is weight training (which I am). I’m not trying to lose any weight so I use my body weight. If you have a goal weight, use that number instead. And use your weight in Lbs, not Kgs.⁣⁣ ⁣ The steps are also a rough guideline. I strive for 10k but often fail miserably. That said, I absolutely feel my best on days I walk more. Walking is a form of non-exercise activity that benefits every organ system.
