Neutralization is for clients who have dark and/or cool areas of their lips they would like to even out to better match their natural undertone. We call this process neutralizing because we use color theory and pigment science to choose pigments that will adequately shift dark areas lighter, and cool areas warmer - to a more NEUTRAL outcome. Once those areas are neutralized the overall lip color is more even. From there the client can opt to consider the service complete, or can choose to proceed with lip blushing for a more punchy/rosy outcome.
