I’d been lusting over a set of Agnes Martin lithographs I saw online. A little detective work led me to discover that these works originally came from a rare limited-edition book of 2,500 copies, each containing a booklet of 10 loose Agnes Martin lithographs. The book itself was hard to find. It sometimes surfaces at auction. I managed to track down a copy in Germany, had the lithographs framed locally, and now they’re hanging in our hallway. It was a fraction of the original cost and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Moral of the story: some people stalk exes, I stalk rare Agnes Martin lithos 😊.
