Here’s my copycat recipe of HEYTEA’s iconic Matcha Cloud Jasmine Latte! It’s floral, tea-forward, and perfectly creamy. Ingredients Matcha Cloud 1 tbsp cream cheese (room temp) 1 tbsp milk 1 tsp sweetener of choice 2 tbsp heavy cream 2 tsp matcha powder 20 ml hot water Jasmine Tea Latte 2 jasmine tea bags 1 cup hot water 1⁄2 cup milk of choice 1 tsp sweetener of choice Recipe: 1️⃣ Steep jasmine tea for 5–10 mins. 2️⃣ Mix cream cheese, milk + sweetener. 3️⃣ Whisk sifted matcha + hot water until smooth. 4️⃣ Add matcha + heavy cream into cream cheese mixture → whisk until fluffy. 5️⃣ In a glass: sweetener → ice → jasmine tea → milk. 6️⃣ Top with matcha cloud & enjoy! #heytea #heytearecipe #heyteamatcha #matcha #matchalatte
