Yesterday I made a trip to a mall full of stores with body inclusive campaigns to find a dress to wear to a wedding. Yesterday I walked into a mall to find that those same stores had pulled their plus size dress selections (looking at you @hudsonsbay and @laurapetitesplus). A few years ago I would have had some very hard thoughts after a day like that. My heart hurts knowing there’s women who are in the depths of body image struggles that are having the same experiences—because I know the exact thoughts racing through their minds. ...and although this reminder sounds fairly simple, I need to say it today. I need to scream it today. YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN YOUR SIZE.
