Today has been a super emotional day for Peterman family. Today marks 26 years since my parents tied the knot, and the first one with out our leader. It’s heartbreaking because today is suppose to be special day, and not being able to take the pain away from mom dukes hurts. I wish I could absorb all of it, so she can be happy today. @t_lee_baby started it off how she does every year. My dad would phone my sister & ask if she could pick up some gifts & flowers for my mother because he wasn’t physically able to do things. He’d never forgot how to make his woman feel special, and when he wasn’t able, he still opened his mouth & made it his business to make her happy. @t_lee_baby didn’t skip a beat and was the first thing the swung in the doors this morning. My mom got up out of the bed, and was surprised by my sister with two dozen roses & their wedding song playing out of her Benz 🥹🥲! My mother cried while standing in the door way, and I got super emotional where I had to leave. I thought it was fucking beautiful & got choked up & that shit doesn’t happen a lot. I ended up running to the store and was upset because I also wanted to be apart of the surprise, I wanted her to feel special regardless if I didn’t have the funds to do so. Then.... 💡, it hit me. I forgot who I was for a second. When I returned to home, I waited til my mother went back to sleep, and began shuffling through photos albums, I grabbed my camera & my stabilizer and created this. I think I cried through the entire edit trying make sure it presentable for her. Once I finished it, I ran back to her room, and woke her up too see what I’ve done, and from Momma AsAp herself, “Your a goat” 💙💙💙 @t_lee_baby thank you for throwing the lob for me to finish the bucket.
