I know so many non white creators can relate to this and more than likely feel the same way. Brands should be inclusive, ACROSS THE BOARD and the hiring managers, social media / pr managers for fashion, beauty, fitness and lifestyle (if they aren’t a POC) should expand their audience beyond cis & white. It’s frustrating, discouraging at times & is undoubtedly wrong.
