📍 Jikasei MENSHO San Francisco, CA If you’re familiar with the MENSHO ramen family, you’ve got to try their newest location @jikasei_mensho at the Twitter building 🍜 • Tori Paitan Ramen • Karaage What’s unique about Jikasei is their usage of a chicken soup base ,as opposed to the typical tonkotsu broth, resulting in a lighter creamy soup that’s delicious to enjoy yet not overly heavy. Despite the lightness, the ramen was packed with flavor and included pork chashu, fried burdock root, kale, green onions chives, and pickled ginger.
