Bored of your breakfast?
Mix it up with this delicious healthy high protein breakfast parfait.
Youโll need:
100g-150g Greek yogurt
150g raspberries (frozen ideally)
2-3 tbsp high protein granola
1tsp honey
To make:
Warm the raspberries on a low heat until theyโre soft and make a liquid texture. Mix through the honey once liquidy and set aside to cool.
Spoon 1tbsp Greek yogurt in to your glass.
Layer with raspberries.
Add 1-2tbsp granola.
Repeat.
