If you haven’t tried this Pumpkin Spice cake from Trader Joe’s yet... you need to before it’s gone since it’s a seasonal flavor! This mini cake is SO good! The only item you need to do this cake hack is a 2 inch biscuit cutter! You will have left over cake, it does not need to go to waste. Mix up the cake scraps and roll into balls. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes and then dip into melted chocolate. Let it chill in the fridge for another 10 minutes and you have the yummiest cake balls - so essentially you can get two desserts out of one with this Trader Joe’s mini sheet cake!
