These tables at 21 Mercer gave me the opportunity to lay out the journey that got me to this point and give context for the sneaker I designed. The main table is divided into two halves. One that features sketches for some of my murals, a blackbook, stickers by my partner Sure that passed away, and my first sneaker concept that I conceived of in 2008. The other side of the table highlights my professional career. Including a variety of past collaborations, my profile in The New York Times, and a spread open to one of my favorite murals painted in Berlin on the facade of the Urban Nation Museum. Another table shows my history of working with Nike including the first three t-shirts I designed and the original sketch for the mural I painted at the Nike world headquarters. The last table unpacks the design of the FAUST x Nike SB Dunk High showcasing some of the hidden designs. I included a photos of the original Sure Faust tag from 2010 that was used for the embroidery, the All That Matters mural painted in Geneva, Switzerland, and production samples of some of the details. The installation is up at 21 Mercer in SoHo through the end of September. Limited sizes of the FAUST x Nike SB Dunk High available in store.
