So excited for this cute little retro remodel in the Mills50 district to be wrapped up and listed on @airbnb with @blueprintgroups . This was a 270sqft work shed in the back of a 1920's Bungalow that was zoned R-2 so we had the ability to get a separate address and power meter for the dwelling and now it's going to be the cutest lil studio apartment ever.
