Of collecting and reading books that are now out of print. Of speaking with countless incredible souls in my communities all over the world. Of delivering this talk and crafting it at festivals up and down the UK and being invited to share it in organisations that have been willing to listen. This was the first time the TEDxLondon team incorporated music into a talk and I'd like to thank everyone that made this a reality. The team were beyond exceptional. Also huge thanks to Jeia for composing the soundscape to my talk and to Gnarly for handling the sound on the day and for performing a special version of 'Remedy' with me. Special thanks also to Mo for helping me on the journey to find my 'why' last year. I have gathered all my shattered pieces together and deeply healed, sat with the pain and found compassion and love for myself.
