I’ve been feeling super hot, strong, confident and sexy the last few days. I think it’s cause I’ve spent 5 out of the last 7 days outdoors, kayaking with my bb luv, for at least 2 hours, but sometimes 5. And! I’m noticing baby gains in my arms after committing to a new exercise program.
