This is movement three of the seven-movement work entitled "The MLK Suite" composed in 2015. It was written to commemorate Dr. King's talk entitled "The Other America" at Stanford University's Memorial Hall on April 14, 1967. The speech highlighted the need to achieve economic and social equality.
