It’s something I’ve been working on because this is my first time ever living alone, especially in a big city where you can feel like just a number sometimes. I also believe it’s important to find someone (partner, friend, coworker, etc) that has a similar mindset and goals as you... and it doesn’t even have to be in a fitness sense. If you are passionate about the gym, surround yourself with people like that.
