Very pleased to have received planning for the development of the former St John’s Wood Police Station in London. The apartment complex is centred around a communal courtyard and workspaces, intended to promote interaction amongst its residents. Aimed at young professionals and graduates settling into life in the city, the nine-apartment complex has been envisioned with sustainability at the forefront of its design; full existing facade retention, geothermal heating solutions, green roofs and with an aim to attract a vehicle-free tenant-base, the project will be complete in early 2024.
