Bahn Mi is one of my favorite sandwiches, these are so good! Recipe ⤵️ Marinate your pork belly overnight in 1 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup fish sauce and juice of 1 lime While pork belly marinates, make your pickled carrots & daikon radish 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup daikon radish. Mix with 2/3 cup warm water, 2/3 cup rice vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt. Let sit in fridge overnight Fire up the smoker to 300° Season your pork belly with your favorite bbq rub (I used @fireandsmokesociery Sweet Preacher) Cook your pork belly till it hits 195° (I flip once or twice throughout) Once your pork belly is done, wrap it in foil and place it in your Titan by @arcticzone cooler for 20-30 minutes to rest. This will help the pork belly cool but, also maintain the tenderness Once rested, slice your pork belly into strips and its time to build your Bahn mi To a sandwich roll, spicy mayo, cilantro, cucumbers, jalapeños, pork belly, carrots/daikon.
