We know why you’re here. Food content creator extraordinaire Owen Han (@owen.han) is showing us sandwich commoners how it’s supposed to be done. Get into this toasty, cheesy, chip topped goodness. 😋 Video Description: Food content creator Owen Han demonstrates the making of the perfect sandwich, beginning with cutting and toasting the bread. He adds oil to the pan, and uses grill presses to evenly toast both slices. Now removed from the pan, Han then adds a layer of Calabrian chili mayo to one half of the bread, and adds three slices of mortadella deli meat. Next, Han cuts two slices of fresh mozzarella which he adds to the same slice of bread, and then fires it with a kitchen torch. Next, he adds an even layer of pepperoncini to the same slice yet again, and then adds mayo to the other slice of bread. He follows this by adding a handful of arugula. Lastly, Han adds chips, folds the second slice of bread over the first, cuts it in half, and takes a big bite.
