Sausage and Herb Stuffing... If you didn’t know any better, you’d never guess this was entirely gluten-free and grain-free! It’s loaded with crispy bits of sausage, plenty of herbs, crunchy grain-free bread, and @Kettle & Fire Organic Chicken Broth. A few notes: 1. This stuffing actually tastes best when it’s prepared in advance so the bread has enough time to absorb all the delicious broth, which is great because it takes some stress away from all that Holiday cooking. 2. I used Against the Grain’s grain-free baguettes for the bread. 3. The amount of broth you use mostly depends on the type of bread and how dry it is. If your stuffing has too much liquid, add more bread. If it’s too dry, add more broth.
