October 7th - Photoshoot day at a flashy new client site, helped out by two @thatday.uk coaches, @cvb_pt and Stevie. This office space is bloody nice, and so glad we are partnering with them to deliver a wide selection of wellbeing activities. Also squeezed in a chest workout, not shown.
