Made from oats, both the Semi and Whole versions are so versatile and taste amazing 😋 I switch the between the two depending on what I’m making that day. For my white chocolate oat bars I used the Whole version as it’s super creamy 😍 Then I use the Semi version for my iced matcha lattes and my lazy girl cereal dinners, which I find is a little bit lighter !!
