I rarely post pictures of myself, and haven’t introduced myself in a while, so I wanted to say hi to everyone who started following me lately, welcome to my page 👋🏼 My name is Sophie Minchilli, I am half Italian (my dad is from Bari in Puglia) and half American (my mom is from the USA and moved to Italy over 30 years ago). I live in Rome where I lead food tours in the neighborhoods I grew up in. I also work with my mother and together we have a tour company where we personally lead week long food tours all over Italy I am obsessed with food, animals, anything Italian and people’s life stories I also wrote a book, it’s called ‘The Sweetness of doing Nothing ‘ 🇮🇹🍝
