Our second walleye tournament went well. Historically, 20lbs over two days of fishing will put you in the top 5 overall at Fresno. After day one, we came in with just over 10lbs and expected to be sitting really well going into day two....Then the big weights started coming in. @sethmorris_45 and I had some work to do just to have a shot at making top ten. We had a game plan, but just had to execute! Day two started really well! We had our 5 fish early in the morning which left us all day to upgrade. Seth was loading the bases all day long, he was on fire! So it’s the bottom of the 9th inning and kid you not, last cast of the tournament, I hit the grand slam on this one. This fish ended up being 25 3/4” and big fish for the weekend! We ended with a 7th place overall finish.
