Not many restaurants have a breakfast menu where everything on it is a hit, let alone a place where the entire menu is plant-based. Each time I eat here, I have to question the chefs because there ain’t no way vegan food could taste this good! @earthphx takes a lot of pride in their ability to create delicious flavor in all their food items. I can tell you this is one of my favorite places to order horchata from. The breakfast burrito hits the spot everytime!
