The number 1 🏆contract was PH90 at 35 Hudson Yards, asking $49 million, reduced from $59 million when the building started marketing in 2019. It is one of the top 10 contracts of the year. The sponsor unit has 10,171sf including 5 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. The condo features 14-foot ceilings, a 454sf terrace, and spectacular views of the Hudson River, bridges and the city.
