Last night I got to go to the brand new @moetchandon Champagne Bar in @harrods, located on the ground floor, with an extremely impressive list of Moët styles and back vintages. A sublimely designed bar that makes you feel like you are in a bottle of champagne, with it’s curved bar and golden bubbles above you. The sweet and savoury bar snacks are the perfect accompaniment to the delicious Moet range including Burrata with kimchi & black sesame, Lemon Squared - lemon verbena mousseline & confit , an exquisite Rock oyster with pear, cucumber & Oscietra caviar, which I managed to devour not so elegantly 🤫... A personal favourite was how beautiful the poached native lobster, miso, yuzu was with the Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial thanks to it’s wild strawberry and rose water flavoured bubbles.
