Keep calm and curry on 🍛 Got invited to check out @washockusa and was surprised by how unique and tasty the dishes were! Got to briefly greet the chef and our waiter was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Everything came out fresh and very hot - just how I like it! Featured: 1. Fujisan Curry: Roast beef, rice, potato cream sauce, topped with a soft boiled egg - have never seen any chef wrap roast beef around rice like this and top it off with an egg (you know I had to catch breaking that on video!) 2. Spicy Edamame: garlicky and spicy! Two of my favs 😍 3. Karage: Fried chicken with 3 dipping sauces (sweet chili, ranch, ponzu). Sweet chili was my fav, ponzu a close second. So good when it was hot off the stove! 4. Agedashi Tofu: By far the prettiest dish! Served in boiling hot soup and lightly fried just for a little bit of crunch. Perfect 👌🏼 5. Ginjo Sho Chiku Bai Sake: Gotta get my share of sake to balance out the meal right? 😏 @tastyjapan
