FIVE new northern white rhino embryos have been created, bringing the total to 22! This is a remarkable step from the extraordinary @biorescue_project, a team of scientists and conservationists from @leibnizizw @OlPejeta conservancy @safariparkdvurkralove @kenyawildlifeservice & Wildlife Research and Training Institute (WRTI) This is a series of images when oocytes were collected from Fatu on July 28, 2022 at Ol Pejeta in Kenya. This nourishes HOPE to produce new offspring and gives this keystone species a new future.
