Today I am celebrating my 56th birthday and @themelrobbinspodcast 2nd birthday!!! Feeling very grateful for all the time I get to spend with you these past two years. I launched @themelrobbinspodcast from the floor of my bedroom closet (swipe to see the photo)... This morning, (two years ago today) we hit 183,939,758 downloads. I can’t even wrap my head around that number. The fact that 183,939,758 times, a person pushed play and invited me to join them on their walk, in their car, at work, or in their homes as they folded laundry, sat on the porch, cooked dinner, or spent a little time on themselves... Thank you for inviting me into your life and for spending your time with me. I’ve been told by a number of people in the industry that this podcast is one of the fastest growing podcasts ever launched. It’s true. And there’s a reason: it’s because of YOU. For the past 2 years, you listened, watched, shared, raved about, and recommended episodes to the people you love. This show is yours as much as it is mine. The fact is, I had no idea how much work this was going to be. And I want to give my extraordinary team the credit. I get the hugs, the high fives, and the warm embraces whenever I see you but I can only do what I do because of the people you haven’t yet met who work at our studios in Boston. As we step into this next year, my heart is full and I cannot wait for all the laughs, tears, experts, and lessons life is going to teach you and me on the road ahead.
