Your plateau may be mental rather than physical. Especially if you’re doing “the work” (drills, shoulder mobility exercises, taking adequate rest). I personally have been chilling at 10-12 pull-ups for quiiiite a while, and recently experienced an unexpected breakthrough. The difference? Yeah, I’m getting stronger, but I credit my 🧠. I got outta my own way and used my mental tools to unlock some new power. Then BAM, 15 pull-ups on just another day at the gym. Give the mental tips ⬆️here⬆️ a try and lmk how it goes.
