@precisionhealthgym 🔬💪 I’ve been struggling with an injury (complex meniscal knee tear) for about 6/7 years and like I do with most things I hoped it would just go away...turns out it hasn’t. I’ve also really not looked after myself in the same period which has affected my health. To turn the tide I just went for a series of tests @PrecisionHealthGym Co-founded by former world kickboxing champion, Christian Thomson, it’s the first in the country to include full body laboratory-grade testing (biomechanics, physiological, metabolic and biochemical scanning🤓) from this I’ll get a personalised roadmap for nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and supplementation. I’ll post how I get on. Really really looking forward to sorting out my injury and regaining my health and fitness (so I can play for Liverpool again 😂)
