What a fantastic trip to Bordeaux yesterday with @tommycawley to visit all the (many) things I didn’t see while I was living there, studying for my Wine MBA at @inseec_mscmba back in 2006. The @citeduvin for a start, the most amazing building that kind of looks like the Guggenheim, which is well worth a visit as it has masses of interactive, world wine-related items and activities...I sound like I work there. Another highlight was Les Halles market, oh, and of course @lerelaisdelentrecote, which aside from having us queue in 40 degree heat for 30 mins, was hands down the best steak and chips I’ve ever tasted. Tried to get the inside scoop on what goes into their sauce but they didn’t cave in!
